Hello everyone! I’m having trouble with a powder coated tumbler engrave. My source image trace has a clean, straight path. But the edge lines are jagged.

This is in a Chuck with the proper diameter set and the depth calculated before engraving.  

This is a new S1 20W. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!
