XCS Update 2.1.12 Doesn't Work

I updated to this version at yours insistence and upon doing so the following occurred:

  1. Lost all my custom user defined settings for engrave, cut and score,
  2. XCS will not launch on my shop computer, a 2011 mac mini using OS 10.15.7

This issue is costing me money as I am unable to fulfill orders. Please advise soonest how I restore cut settings and get the software to work on my Mac Mini. As a note, no advisories were given regarding machine I was updating.  Your update simply allowed me to proceed and now will not advance past T&C's pop up (which i keep agreeing to).

After getting over the face you lied about the P2 working with Lightburn, I am not faced with the software update debacle.
