After cleaning my laser module and properly reinstalling (no pins are bent), the machine homes normally on startup.  After startup, the XTool software shows the x on screen but as I manually move the laser head, it only shows left to right (x axis) movement on screen.  It does not show any Y axis movement nor will the laser head move to the rear of the machine on the Y axis using the homing buttons in the software.  It will move forward using the homing buttons however.  

I have double checked my laser head installation over a dozen times, and even tried installing the IR laser head and exactly the same thing keeps happening with either laser head.  

My new S1 is completely unusable in this condition (and it's only maybe a month old) and I have been following the maintenance instructions from XTool to the letter.  Any help would be appreciated.
