I have a S1 40W with a class 4 riser base. I keep getting the error code M53 C1 which I went the troubleshooting steps and made sure the screws are properly installed and they aren't damaged or cracked. I can't do anything on y machine because the error wont go away.  I have called support and they just keep sending me to the troubleshooting article.
