Autopath not working after update

Autopath used to be great. Then I updated the app on my laptop and on my phone. Now all I can do is bi-directional engraving which take 10x longer or more. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get my autopath engraving back. Is anyone else having this issue? Customer service has been terrible.
