F1 ultra

First layer of embossment is currently engraving a square, then following the embossed image as required. Image is circular. Square falls outside of circle to be embossed, causing visual imperfection in end part.

Options tried:

1. Imported image with white backdrop outside of circle
2. Imported with transparent backdrop outside of circle
3. Imported image, then created circle inside of xcs. Use mask function to remove anything outside of desired image.
4. Altered greyscale in adjustments menu to remove engraving of white

Any thoughts on how to stop first layer wipe of laser?

Per discussion below, found problems are iOS related. Same file engraved correctly using pc.
