Freezes when running xTool F1 with LightBurn

I start engraving with LightBurn on the xTool F1 device,
Configuration file: xTool-F1-V2.2.lbdev for communication.

And when performing the task, at some point the beam disappears and that's it.

I tried version 1.6.3, 1.6.4 and 1.7.0, tried changing ports, cables.
I tried different power and speed settings.
The result is the same: it freezes when performing the task, but always after a different time!

I updated the firmware to version. 40.51.013.2020.01.ht5. From the XCS software I tried version 1.7.8 and 2.0.117.
If you burn from a raster image, then you cannot set the laser speed in mm.
You cannot perform this task from a vector

Help in finding and solving the problem is needed!
