Was told I needed to update firm ware, tried several different ways including developer method. Every single time received update failed, now I cant even get machine to connect.

I have all 3 files downloaded ready to install through developer method but they dont work either

Was running CS 2.0 beta on Mac

When it works machine is great, software needs lots of help though
