Hi 

The laser beam is simply not square to the workpiece, which causes the edges to be not equal on each side of a cut, which makes thick inlays impossible. As you can see in the pic it should be symmetrical with about 3° on each side, but mine and maybe yours is shifted to on one side 

I already posted another ticket where I thought the loose rail wheels caused the issue, but this is not the case. 

So how can the adjust the laser beam angle? Adjusting the mirrors does not really help as we would have to adjust the last mirror which is fixed. 

Is there anyone who disassembled the whole laser head? It seems like there is something to adjust behind the laser head plate…
