I’m having issues with my D1 pro 20w suddenly. Have had for about a year and a half and seems like it is taking way more passes than usual to cut. Using xcs, I can only cut through 6mm plywood at 100 power/ 3speed/ 6 passes and 3mm at 100 speed/ 5 power / 2 passes whereas previously my settings were always 100/6/3 and 100/6/1 previously.
Changed lens, thoroughly cleaned, inner lens clean, software and firmware are up to date according to xcs. Does anyone have any insight on what else I can test or troubleshoot? I’ve sent a message to but I expect with it being the weekend and the time difference it might take a minute to hear back. Really hoping this doesn’t call for a replacement module.
