When framing the full cutting area, it sounds like it slams into the front of the machine, and when it returns home, I hear gears grinding. This does not happen when framing a smaller area. I have requested help from the support team, but I don't think they understood the issue. It seems like it is overextending the framing area at the machine's front and back areas. I am worried that this will damage my machine and do not want to be limited to only cutting smaller items that do not fill the entire cutting area.
