First few projects seemed to work. Has been some trouble marking. I ask for a shape, make the first mark and then the marking frame goes away and the button turns purple. No shape shows up.I have tried both software versions …will not work at all now. Help! Does it need a firmware update? I have only have it about 2 weeks.
