After performing the calibration on my new F1 ultra three times and realigning the red dot to the blue dot each time I still cannot get the blue dot close to the center of the workspace. The blue dot is located 3 mm above center and .5 mm to the left of center. I have no problem aligning the red dot to the blue dot but the blue dot is clearly not in the exact center of the workspace. Communicating with Support they've told me that this may happen because of shipping. I'm wondering if anybody else has the same problem? I I have submitted a warranty claim to xTool since I'm within the 15 days of receiving my machine and I'm asking them to exchange it. I'm still waiting to hear back on that request. They've offered to take the machine back, but I don't know about exchanging it. They've also offered to send me a free material pack if I'll just except the machine the way it is. 

So far xTool Support's suggestion is to simply readjust the workpiece so that the blue dot falls on the center every time I run a project but clearly that's not practical particularly for multiples of the same object. It also makes it very difficult to design jigs, which depend on the exact center of the workspace in order to assure the same results time after time.
