Hello,

I recently put the riser base on my S1 20w, and now the laser won’t focus. I have the honeycomb in there and I have tried adding extra wood to raise my thin plywood up. I’m not sure how much extra height is needed. I’ve tried to do the measuring thing, but I think it is now stuck in autofocus as the white light is flashing. I’ve tried raising up the material more, I’ve tried less height, but nothing seems to work. I’ve tried cancelling the autofocus and starting over, but it’s still not working.

Any advice would be really appreciated!
