Hi,

I'm engraving a word on wood. It is engraving unevenly across the wood. I have the design set in the middle of the plate as best as I can and it is engraving darker on the right side of the wood than on the left side - within the same word (see picture). Are there any adjustments to the laser that can be done to correct this? The remainder of the image engraves pretty evenly. Thanks for any input.
