Need new Flat Cables, and Cleaning Gone WRONG . . .

Hello, my Dad's laser I bought him (he's been running 24/7 and adores it) began thowing the following codes:

Qx21 1

Qx14 3

He looked them up on this site and attempted to perform the cleaning himself. He didn't have any luck and actually ended up PUSHING the red dot laser sight INTO the unit (is what he's telling me). He had a techie friend some over and attempt to help with no luck, but sadly the guy also smashed at least ONE flat cable 9the one under the laser head fan) and possibly the longer one too.

According to my dad, he HAD been able to run limited burns afterwards, but then it just stopped. From what I can see, the laser head is not moving vertically. I ran the program to try to “eject” it, and it wouln't lower. It did move along the X and Y axis, just not the Z axis.

I'm guessing the cable that the fan sliced up powers the head to raise and lower?

Where can I order new cables and is there a way to TEST them to see if they are getting power? How do I know if the long cable is bad (the one running the length of the x axis)?  I also need ONE SCREW for the laser fan as apparently one of those guys lost it . . .

Lastly, if he DID get the sight laser stuck inside the machine, how would I get it out (I feel like this should NOT have happened if he's only just cleaning it with a cotton swab as suggested online).

I don't know for sure on the laser, I did see it on the board when I power on the machine, is there a way to test it to see if it got moved?  (Honestly that's a last question since I cannot get the laser to work right now anyway).

Thankyou!
