I have a new S1 20W that I'm trying to use for the first time.  I can successfully measure depth and mark the shape of the work piece.  However, when I try Framing, absolutely nothing happens-- There's just a spinning icon for several minutes and then nothing.  I'm using the newest XCS Beta software (that's what's on the site to download) and I upgraded the firmware.  The machine is a Macbook Air mid 2013 on Big Sur connected via usb.

I'm in the process of working with their support team, but every exchange takes 24 hours because of the time difference.  Does anyone have any ideas to try over the weekend while I'm waiting for the next response?

One more thing-- I wanted to try switching to wifi as suggested in their support article, but that option does not exist for me.  I wonder if there are some major bugs in XCS beta software.
