I've been using my S1 successfully for the past few weeks with both diode and infrared heads. Tonight when going to engrave a piece of wood with the diode head, it suddenly lost ability to engrave or cut. The laser light appears to be working normally, just not doing any cutting or engraving, even at 100% power. 

I've double checked my connection to laser head, confirmed no pins are bent or misaligned, confirmed computer connection to X1 via USB (no errors), uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Space, turned laser off and on, and reset computer. Any suggestions on what to try next?
