cant get tumblers to come out correct.  first of all i only have the rotery oprion and no cylindercal option…why

second- when i put my measurements in it frames correct but then when it actually does the lasering it comes up too small- not what i have in for measurements. PLEASE HELP! i have tried everything and have called customer service and they always say we will send this to tech and have them email you and i get nothing. ive been messing with the same issue for 3 weeks. ready to throw my laser against a cement wall
