This just started today and has never happened. I did do one engrave with no issues. 

After I set up my materials for engraving, I first frame to make sure it is on the material correctly.

than I click process. In the preview screen and before the start button lights, it justs keeps spinning, never gets to the point where the estimated process time comes and before I can hit start, ready. 

I have restarted both my computer and xcs multiple times. I seemed to help once, but on the third design, just keeps spinning in preview. 

What can I do?
