Hello. The xtool M1 arrived 3 weeks ago. The laser is burning the wood but not cutting. I've played with the settings (3mm basswood is the only wood I've ever used) and it's not helping.  It's almost like the laser is just scoring and not going through even a little. No smoke is coming out either. Help please!
