hello, I just received the s1 40 W with the RA2 Pro.  I have been able to cut and engrave with the flat panel however when I add the RA2 the laser only moves left to right.  It only engraves a line. I have tried to change all orientations.  It was put together per the instructions. I have restarted everything.  I am at a loss of what to do.  I tried to get help from xtool however nothing has worked.  thanks in advance for any insight.
