Hi, tonight I was running jobs on my xTool P2 as usual then all of a sudden got a pop up when I clicked the start button that said “Board communication failure Oops! Communication with the board failed, which may cause device operation failure. Please restart device or contact after sales service. Error code BOARDS.ELEMENT_NOT_FOUND.ui_gd330”

There is a hyperlink for ‘how to resolve it’ but on that hyperlink, nothing for this error code or anything similar to it is listed on that page. I have turned the machine on and off several times and still getting the same error. I have googled and can't find a single hit on the forum or on google generally about this error code. I put in a support ticket, but I'd love to figure this out faster than they are responding. We have had the machine, purchased new from xTool, for about 3 weeks. We run it for roughly 3 hours a day, intermittently.
