ive got 4 different lasers 2 4o w 1 20 w a 10w and a 5 w on all 4 machines when i try to engrave a picture either thru light burn or creavtive space it get about 35 to 45 minutes into the job and cancels it what could be wrong the 4 lasers are ran my 4 different computers ive changed usb cables reinstall all software but they still do it all will score or cut good
