Hey all…

I need some help on an issue that's been plaguing me for the past 2 days.  I am trying to make some coasters and have 2 designs I am testing.  Both are the same size (3.75"), with similar engraving areas.  The problem is, the one that has more of a design to be engraved (Klingon logo / g34), takes less time that the one that has less of a design to be engraved (Stargate logo / g45)… the difference is 2X.  One takes 18 minutes and the other 38 minutes.  They both have the same settings, run through the same engrave/score/cut procedures.  I "processed" only the engraving part on each and it definitely the engraving part that is the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
