I'm another newbie.  I've had my machine D1 Pro 20W for over a year but just recently successfully updated software and got it correctly connected. I'm one who needs step by step instructions which I find difficult to find. My problem is that my laser only moves up and down in a straight line when framing, I've pulled the card and put it back in after turning the machine off and back on, I do have the latest software, I've tried switching the width and height.  I can't find any other information on this problem.  Does anyone have another suggestion?
