When i turn it on, it makes a continuous clicking noise, and the blue laser is not lined up in the center.  It is “moving” and is very far off the plate.

 

This seemed to happen after I installed the new firmware, so i rolled it back and it still doesnt work.

 

What can be done to attempt to fix?  thank you!
