UPDATE - after looking at the lens again, I see what’s wrong.  When I first looked, I thought it was a reflection, but The lens appears to have damage that’s distorting everything, and likely it’s getting worse with use.  Not sure how this happened, I’ll be anxious to hear what you guys think.   Also, is it possible to order a replacement lens or will it require a new module?

Had a strange problem start on m new S1 a few days ago.  It’s been running great for the past few weeks after getting it, but it has developed a problem where it’s not marking/cutting any more.  I can send the job over and everything runs as normal with the exception of the laser spot looks abnormally large and the laser doesn’t make any marks.  This is on 3mm plywood with reference settings out of XCS, so it’s a known combination of material/settings that have worked on this machine.  I first thought that the lens protctor or lens were dirty, but they weren’t.  Nothing obstructing the air assist nozzle that I can see.  

Any ideas on what might be going on or any troubleshooting steps to try at this point?
