We recently purchased an F1 for use in the middle school where I work.  We are having problems getting the laptops (we have tried a few to isolate the problem) to connect to our F1 through USB.  Is there any communication between the two devices that our WAN firewall could be interfering with?  Are than any settings on local machine that have to have full administrative rights before it will connect?  It has connected twice but that is out of probably 30 attempts.  On one of the laptops we do hear the chime of a new usb device connected, but the xtool software cannot find the machine.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.
