I have an xTool S1 40W purchased from yourselves on 24th November 2023 under order number ******
I have been using it daily with no problem other than being swapped over on 16th January 2024 due to the module being jammed.

I have updated the firmware without issues and have made a few engravings since doing so and the machine worked fine. Suddenly the machine stopped working as in that it seemed to stop communicating to the XCS software and was showing it needed to be connected, then the module started moving forward to the very front and started knocking against it as shown in the video.

I turned off the machine via the power button and when I switched it on the gantry moves all the way to the back and then starts forward to the front again where it doesn't stop.

As it stands the machine is unusable, can you please help.
