I have an xtool S1 (brand new). I was notified of new firmware and I tried to update it, but it failed for some reason. Now when I connect my 40W laser, XCS tells me “Laser module not recognized” and the red crosshairs are not there. When I switch to my 2W infrared, everything works fine.

I've checked all the hardware and connections and everything looks good. Has anyone else experienced this? I've filled out a support ticket and am obviously inside of warranty since I haven't even had this machine a month yet.

Is there a way to downgrade my firmware so that I can have the machine try the update again?
