Just got the M1 unboxed and set up. Plugged in the power supply and connected to the M1. The Power supply green light was on and the unit started to power up.
Less than a minute later the green light on the power supply went off and the M1 powered down.
I've tried different power outlets and re-seated the plugs numerous times. No green light on the power supply.
I've sent an e-mail to support but haven't received a response yet.
I was late getting set up so my return window to Amazon is closing in.
Hate to return it over a power supply.
Also, can anyone recommend a third-party power supply that won't void any warranties.
Any suggestions.
