Have new s1,no problems initially - started a new  engrave then after pressing auto measuring button in XCS -nothing happens for about 40 secs then the module will move slightly and no further action. The circle keeps turning in the auto measure box Have to long press the front button to stop process.

At same time this problem initially  occurred  XCS was not recognising the laser module. Followed the support article for this issues was solved but not auto measuring.

Have the lastest firmware,have taken sensor off  and put it back on,reset it manually, have turned on and off computer and also XCS.
