Hello. I've been using the M1 for a year now and all of a sudden the laser is burning the wood but not cutting. I've played with the settings (3mm basswood is the only wood I've ever used) and it's not helping. Has my laser come to the end of it's lifetime? It's almost like the laser is just scoring and not going through even a little. No smoke is coming out either. Help please!
