Got a Brand new S1 got it plugged in and everything looked fine. System prompted me to perform a firmware update. The update failed (crashed rocket picture) and since then, I get a blinking magenta light and the PC won’t see the S1 anymore. Pressing the button with the blinking magenta ring does nothing and does not make a sound as it used to. What’s up?
