Hi All,

I have engraved about 30 black business cards and have cut 2 pieces of basswood 3mm.  Very pleased with how they turned out.  Today I went to engrave more business cards and the IR laser will not come on.  The fan comes on and the status shows its working (timer is going), but nothing happens.

I'm at a loss as to what to do.
