Hello,

I have an Xtool d1 pro 10w with Air assist and honey comb. When cutting it seems that i am getting a lot of charring at the cut points. I thought the air assist would help this but it doesnt seem to help any. Does anyone know if this is common or out of the norm? 

I am cutting 3mm Baltic Birch plywood and i have tried this on wood from 2 separate sites.
