apologies if this has already been mentioned. 

I just set up the S1 yesterday, and it produces a very loud beep on every command and when connecting to laptop.  It is a loud and piercing beep similar to when the batter is low on a smoke detector.   My dogs are cowering under the bed!       Is there a way to lower the volume?
