Hoping to receive some help with an unfortunate part that will not install on our RA2 Accessory Rotary Kit. 

To be fair we purchased this machine a year ago and just now got around to installing the rotary set, and it seems the set screw for the Jaw Chuck will not fit inside the motor. I’ve attached a photo to try my best to explain the part that does not fit.

I’ve googled, searched, and attempted with force to try and get the item to slip on the motor rod, but it will not budge. I’ve even taken out the set screws - it still WILL NOT BUDGE. It appears to not be machined correctly - but that's my assumption.
