Hello,

New tomy xTool, not to engraving.

I am primarily using the XCS Androi  app.

Ive had my F1 about a week now.  My first few test engraves went great on wood, slate, and stainless steel using diode and IR lasers. 

A few days later,  the IR laser seemed to not fire on slate. I'm not very familiar with IR lasers, and thought maybe it doesn'  work on black surfaces, switched to blue light, and worked fine again.

Today, I went to do another job, and i cannot get either laser to fire.  I can auto focus, process and send the job.  The app thinks it's working.  Machine beeps, and fan turns on when the start button on pressed.

Can someone tell me if they have seen this before?  User error? Machine issue?
