I have engraved tumblers in the past using my RA2 roller and chuck with no issue. As of right now my Xtool D1 pro will not properly engrave anything using my rollers.  I can frame and even score correctly but when try to engrave I get a straight line.  The roller stops working.  I have uninstalled and re-installed the program, triple checked the connection and made sure my alignment was correct.  I am out of solutions does anyone know what can be done to resolve this issue.
