Hi everybody,

The 5th of December was a very, very bad day. The P2 my wife purchaced for me was stolen from our driveway, while I was home working!!! I do have a home security system, but it was not on because I was home. 

My question is: How do I get ahold of a live person at xtool? I despretly need the serial number on that unit to give the Sheriff's office. Also, I may have located it at a pawn shop that is about 80 miles away. If anyone has information please, please let me know. I'll be checking this forum often.

Just an update on my situation:

 I finally recived a call from xtool Mid afternoon on Friday. They are doing everything they can to get me the serial # of the P2 so I can finish my report to the sheriff. Xtool has probably the best customer service around. If any of you need them, they will be there!!! I'm highly impressed. In today's world that says a lot. So, my hats off to you all at xtool. Keep doing what you are doing, because you absolutly got it!!!!
