I have a new S1 which i have not used as yet, followed all the instructions, updated XCS and firmware going through first job tutorial and all OK until I get to ‘Framing’ then it throws up an error message ‘SD card exceptions or failure’  Code M53 T0.

When clicking on the included ‘How to resolve it’ I am told:

• This error is triggered most likely because the SD card is moved or unplugged when the machine is powered on, which can prevent the XCS processing file from being sent to the machine's TF card.
• Please try powering down the machine and then replugging the SD card. If the problem persists, please try with a different SD card.

I cannot see any reference to a SD card in any of the online or supplied information.  

I have tried both USB keys.

Any help greatly appreciated, I hope I haven't bough a two grand lemon!
