I have only had my S1 for a few days and the first software update was interrupted and has caused device to shut down with a slow purple light flashing. The device is also not discoverable in XSC.

I have tried a very long hold on the purple button (with no joy ) does anybody know how to solve this.

I have raised a ticket with support, however I have not had a response  yet.
