I had an interrupted firmware update on my xtool S1.  Now I have a flashing purple light and receiving tan M222 S21 error code.  The device shows connected to wifi when I open XCS but in the settings it does not recognize the laser head.  Also, I am unable to check for updates.  I have turned power off, unplugged the machine, removed the key and also unplugged the laser head but still no luck clearing this.  Any recommendations?
