I've had my S1 for a little less than a month now and I've had nothing but problems. The latest problem is by far the worst though. When I start up the machine, the laser goes to it's starting position but then it starts moving on It's own in the vertical position and moves really slowly. It doesnt stop either, it will hit the front of the machine and continues to try and keep going in that direction. 

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything. I've cleaned out the entire laser bed, cleaned the lens, cleaned out the fan. Checked for firmware updates. It's just keeps happening though. I've attached a video here of whats happening.

For $5000 I would have expected something that i'd have gotten more use from before having so many problems.

Any suggestions would be muchly appreciated.
