So I am new to all of this, though I do have experience with 3D printing. 

I received my S1 today, and could walk through the balsa wood example with no issues. I think I get the process, but most of thr tutorials are for the other model devices? I have the 40w diode s1 but am unsure if the other tutorials would work to help me get the swing of things. 

One last thing, in my package some sample materials were included. It would be a great help for newbies to have a section devoted to using those items correctly. I believe besides the balsa some acrylic and leather was included.
