Hi all,

I purchased a 10w S1 primarily for engraving/cutting nametags.  I am using 1.6mm acrylic and when it cuts from right to left the cutting is horrible and produces rough jagged line, but when it goes left to right, top to bottom or bottom to top all in the same job, it cuts perfect.. Only right to left is the issue. I am using 100% power, 1mm/s, and 1 pass, but have tried various power/speed settings.. Air assist is also on Auto but I have tried max as well.

This is a complete new machine that was just purchased.. I have attached some pictures.
