When I power on my machine, it is not powering on correctly. The button on the front on the machine is a blinking purple, instead of a solid white and the laser head does not come on or move. I have unplugged it and plugged back in; I have removed the F-key as suggested in a trouble-shooting article; I have checked the emergency stop button--nothing seems to work to reset the flashing button. I am not able to use my S1. It cost way too much money for it not to be working correctly. Please help!
