Update: the problem seems related to my Units setting. When I select “inches / mm/sec”, I get way too much power out of the laser. When I select “mm/sec”, Lightburn engraves correctly just like XCS.

My Lightburn cut parameters (specifically the power) seem to be way off compared to the settings in XCS. For example, a simple engraving I did at 30% power in XCS required 3 (yes, three) %. Else, it would burn all the way through. It seems to be some scaling or unit that is way off. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? I am attaching a picture of the material test grids (XCS vs. Lightburn). Although the scales are slightly different, you can see that the power output is much higher in the Lightburn grid (the X axis is just 10 to 100%, though).
